Testimonials from previous workshops:

Hi Dov,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the last three days at Luton!

It was a lot more varied than I had expected and gave me a lot to think about in as much as how I would use any skills I learned about or already had.  As well as looking at entertaining locally I am intending to go abroad and teach English to groups of underprivileged children in the third world, and using some of your techniques in involving children will certainly give a fresh perspective on this.

I think for what you charge, this was very reasonably and the performance on the Friday afternoon was obviously thoroughly enjoyed by all the children that attended - as well as us!

Just a quick word about the venue - very nice and welcoming and I think with the tea facilities, microwave etc. as well as that nice little cafe within walking distance and the brilliant park and friendly people it could not have been better.

An education all round.

Best Regards and thanks again,

Jo Stephens

There are good and bad entertainers, then there are entertainers who are so good that it amazes you how they can have children eating out of there hands; they make it look easy. Whats the difference between a bad entertainer and a brilliant entertainer? This is exactly what the MAD House entertainers academy teaches you:
The do's and don'ts
The pitfalls and perils
Where other entertainers go wrong
How to put stressed parents at ease
How to keep the adults amused as well as the kids
What to do in difficult situations
How to walk into a space and entertain with nothing
How to get the most out of your props and kit
How to present yourselves
How to win the children over quickly
How to keep the kids attention
Tricks to help you get that re-booking
Magic
Balloon twisting
Circus skills
Dancing
Story telling
Puppetry
And much more...

As an experienced entertainer I have been to a few training courses and none are anywhere near as comprehensive as MAD House. Most courses try to mold you to fit a specific product, MAD House academy encourages each entertainer to grow independently and evolve their act into something unique and of high quality. Its not all ways what you do; its how you do it and MAD House show you how to do it with confidence and class.

I thoroughly enjoyed Madhouse Entertainment’s academy! I learned a lot of new skills, including balloon modelling and several magic tricks. The highlight was the children’s party at the end, which showed me how flexible you need to be. I have the knowledge now to entertain children myself - just need a bit more equipment. Dov is a master of entertainment, children eat out of his hand and he was happy to share all his expertise, as well as lots of helpful tips. I came away feeling inspired , have already ordered some balloons and one or two tricks. Thoroughly recommended!

I have worked with dov for many years and can honestly say he still manages to surprise and entertain even me!
I recently went to one of his Entertainment work shops in Luton. I picked up many helpful tips and new and exciting ideas to help my parties progress, this also gave me the opportunity to meet others in my profession and swap ideas. I had a great day and left feeling energised and renewed.
Dov is one of the few entertainers i know who can really make the children the stars of the show! His energetic and vibrant shows open up children's imaginations and this is truly a magical site to see, he has such a special/magical connection with his audience.
Dov is so creative and always bubbling with so many great ideas that every party/event is fresh and unique.
It is very rare to meet someone with so much enthusiasm, energy and genuine talent.

Kind regards

Melissa
